The Premier's page says the hammered finish reduces drag and prevents food sticking. We haven't tested that.
Who should step up?
If you like the look and feel of a hammered finish, or want the contoured handle, the Premier is the step-up. If not, the Classic carries the same steel and cladding per the page.
